Quick hour at Dam this afternoon in very windy conditions,1 Swallow,1 Sand Martin,1 GBB Gull,1 LBB Gull,1 Herring Gull,Goshawk,Red Kite and at last a Treecreeper for my patch year list.

West end with James this afternoon,female Goshawk,Kingfisher,2 Gadwall,4 Mandarins,Woodlark over north bank fields opposite hide,4 Buzzards,5 Stock doves.

WeirWood. On a brief drop by it was nice to see 3 Sand Martins at the west end by the canoeist beach. Also about was the male Goshawk again, a Blackcap was in song as was Goldcrest, Marsh Tit, Wood Lark, and a sew Chiffchaffs that o didn’t count and the dull tones of a Bullfinch. Ducks inc’ Mandarin, 3 males and a male Teal. Great-crested Grebes were weed dancing and Stock Doves were mating. A pleasant time albeit quite short lived.
