Dam End:- Red Footed Falcon & 3+ Hobby and Kestrel all hawking over North Bank this mid to late morning. Common Sand on dam wall.
West End:- 1 Little Egret in Heronry but not at nest seen earlier in week. 4 Common Tern & 2 Black Headed Gull on rafts and 1 Great Black Backed Gull over.

Dam end/Picnic Area:- 11 Common Sandpipers, 4 Little ringed Plovers, Redshank, 7 hobbies, 1 Red Footed Falcon. Painted Lady and a Downy Emerald seen on north shore.
West End: 1 Osprey flying over

dam End:- 2 Whimbrel and Greenshank on dam with Redshank.
Dam End (2pm):- 3 Hobbies, 8 Black headed Gulls, 6 Common Terns, 2 Swifts, Redshank, 6 Common Sandpipers, 1 Little Ringed Plover and Garden warbler singing in car park.

Dame End:- Much the same at the dam mid afternoon 2 Little Ringed Plovers, 2 Common Sandpipers, 4 Hobbies, 14 Common Terns , 10 Herring Gulls, 1 House Martin, 6 Swallows.
Whillets:- 2 Reed Warblers,2 Garden Warblers,3 Mandarins on river,Whitethroat.
Butterfly’s:- 3 Peacock,3 Orange Tips,1 Speckled Wood,4 Burnett Campion Moths,2 Grass Snakes,1 Common Lizard,8 Beautiful Demoiselles,1 White- Legged Damselfly.
Picnic Area (North bank):- Superb views of feeding Hobbies from the picnic site. Singing Reed Bunting with the Garden Warblers and Whitethroat here.
Dam End:- WeirWood from ca7:30 was fairly productive, a Little-ringed Plover and 2 Common Sands were still on the dam plus the pair of Common Terns were on the aerator still with several more over the reservoir feeding. Best of todays birds was the ad’ Yellow-legged Gull that landed on the dam with 2 Herrings and hung around for a while. 7 Hobbies were noted along the north bank once the sun came out, as were 12 Swifts.
