Chilly and misty morning at the dam, only
1 common sand on the dam, breifly joined by an oystercatcher this morning
7 mandarin flew over, 2 common terns about, 5 Great Crested Grebe.

Dam End (PM):- small emergence of mayflies. 1 Hobby low over the dam, 3 Little Ringed Plover, 5 Common Sandpipers, 4 Common Terns, 10 Swallows, 2 Lesser Black Bbacked Gull, 1 Black Headed Gull, 1 Grey Wagtail, 8 Pied Wagtails, 1 Green Woodpecker.
