East End – 52 GC Grebes, 4 Egyptian, 1 Greylag, 350 Woodpigeons, 84 BH, 2 Herring Gulls, 17 Redwings, 5 Fieldfares, 3 Siskins. I left before the Brent’s would have come through.

West end:- 19 Pochards, 5 Wigeon, 2 Mandarins, Coot, Little Grebe, 253 Greylags, 2 Egyptian, 1 Bar headed goose, flocks of 25 + 28 dark bellied Brent geese SW.

660 Woodpigeons, 3 Fieldfare, 20 Redwings, 15 Chaffinch, 2 Marsh Tits, 6 Grey Herons, 14 Great Crested Grebe.
2 White tailed Eagles over Sharpthorne mid morning.

A wet morning visit to West End hide: 20 Pochard, 21 Mallard+White feral duck, 3 Wigeon, 1 Shoveler, 3 Coot, 1 Moorhen, 1 Little Egret & Grey Heron, 2 Egyptian, 2 Greylag & 1 Canada Geese, 6 Great Crested Grebe, 1m Great Spotted Woodpecker, 2 of both Marsh & Coal tits, 5+ Gt Tit, 12+ Blue Tit, 2 Chaffinch, 1 Goldfinch.

Late afternoon with Keith at west end-Now 20 Common Pochards also 15 Teal,8 Mandarins and 2 Wigeon.

West End this afternoon. Good variety of ducks but small numbers. 3 Shovellers, 7 Pochards, 2 Tufted Ducks, 1 Gadwall, 4 Mandarins, 2 Teal, 6 Wigeon, 162 Greylags, 26 Canadas, Bar-headed Goose, 2 Egyptian Geese, 51 GC Grebes, 3 Coots, 2 Moorhens, 2 Domestic Geese (from the other end?), Kingfisher, Fieldfare, 2 Marsh Tits, 2 Coal Tits and other regulars.
