    West End:- 19 young Common Tern now with two fledged and flying, 2 adults still on eggs, 70 Great Crested Grebes with four birds nesting and one large juvenile, 10 Lapwings, 1 Kingfisher, 1 Little Egret, 8 Grey Heron, 12 Mandarin, 1 Herring Gull, 3 Black-headed Gull, 2 Pied Wagtail, 2 Stock Doves, 70 Greylag Geese, 2 Common Buzzards, 1 singing Reed Warbler.
    Whillet’s:- 2 Reed Buntings carrying food, 1 Garden Warbler carrying food, 10+ Whitethroats, Reed Warbler singing in third meadow, 1 male Yellowhammer singing, 45 Goldfinch, 1 Kestrel, 1 Chiffchaff singing and adult feeding 4 fledged young.
    Female Black-tailed Skimmer, 2 Emperors, 1 Cinnarbar Moth, 94 Meadow Brown and 67 Ringlets.

    West End:- 10 Lapwings, Pied Wagtail, Common Sandpiper, Little Egret, Great Crested Grebes and Common Terns on nests, Reed Warblers.

    Dam End:- 1 Common Sandpiper, 11 Herring Gull, 48 Black-headed Gull, 4 Swifts, 4 House Martins, 4 Egyptian Geese, 1 Whitethroat, 1 Small Heath, 1 Painted Lady, 2 Red Admiral.

    Whillet’s:- 1 Spotted Flycatcher behind reed bed, 1 Garden Warbler, 2 Reed Buntings, 2 Chiffchaff, 6 Common Whitethroats, 1 Kestrel, 1 Mandarin, 18 Goldfinch, several Reed Warblers collecting food, 2 Swallow, 1 Bullfinch. 1 Slow Worm, 2 Grass Snakes, 1 Cinnabar Moth, 6 White-legged Damselfies,
    West End:- 1 Little Egret, 1 Lapwing, 2 Moorhen, 1 Kingfisher, 3 Mandarin.

    West End:- 8 pairs of Common Terns have 18 young; 2 others still sitting on nests, 14 Lapwings, 3 Mandarins, 78 Great Crested Grebes.
    Whillet’s:- 1 Red Kite, 3 Reed Buntings, 1 singing male Yellowhammer, 2 singing Chiffchaffs.
    11 species of butterfly recorded included ; Small Heath, Small Skipper, Large Skipper, Large White, Common Blue, Red Admiral, Painted Lady, Comma, Speckled Wood, Meadow Brown & Ringlet. 3 Emperor Dragonfly, 2 Blue-Tail Damselfly and 3 White-legged Damselflies.

    West End:- 11 Mandarin.
    Whillet’s: Butterfly count – 16 Meadow Brown, 9 Large Skipper, 1 Small Skipper, 3 Painted Lady, 1 Small White, 1 Common Blue, 100+ Azure Damselfly at Meadow Pond, 1 White Legged Damselfly, 1 Beautiful Demoiselle.

    West End:- 10 pairs of Common Terns nesting, 9 pairs on rafts and a pair on Martin’s Island. 16 chicks were seen on rafts, 2 birds are still sitting as is the bird on Martin’s Island.
    Whillet’s:- 2 male Reed Buntings, 10+ Whitethroats, 2 Garden Warblers collecting food, 1 Kingfisher, 1 Mandarin, 4 singing Chiffchaffs, Willow Warbler.
    Painted Lady Butterfly, 2 Emperor Dragonfly, 1 Four Spotted Chaser, 2 White-legged Damselflies, 3 Blue Tail Damselflies, 200 Azure Damselfly, 2 Large Red Damselfly.

    On Dam:- Little Egret frightened off by 2 people who went swimming, House Martin, 4 Common Terns.
    West End:- Kingfisher perched on tern raft.

    All reservoir:- 47 Great Crested Grebe, 7 Grey Heron, 8+2y Mandarin, 56 Mallard + 1 Feral Mallard hybrid, 3 Common Buzzard, 2 Kestrel, 5 Moorhen, 5 Black-headed Gull, 2 Lesser Black-backed Gull, 6 Swift, 2 Kingfisher, 3+ Reed Warbler, 12 Whitethroat, 2 Blackcap, 5 Chiffchaff, 4 Bullfinch, 3 Reed Bunting.
    Dam End:- 3 Little Grebe in lagoon, 1 Skylark, 6 House Martin, 2+2y Canada Geese, 2 Egyptian Geese, 2 Herring Gull, 1 Raven, 1 juv Starling, 8 Goldfinch, 1m Yellowhammer.
    West End:-  41 Cormorant, 79 Greylag, 1 White Feral Greylag hybrid, 12 Lapwing,
    24 Common Tern (10 pairs are either successfully sitting on nests or already have chicks on rafts – 15 chicks seen on rafts so far), the 11th pair seem to have decided to try and nest on Martins Island amongst the Cormorants. The 12th pair are trying to settle on a raft; but the pair already there have chicks and they do not seem to want to share and keep chasing them off.
    Song Thrush heard, 2 Nuthatch.
    Whillet’s:- 1 Beautiful & 1 Banded Demoiselle, 3 White legged, 3 Large Red & 25+ Azure Damselflies, 2 Emperor & 3 Four-Spotted Chaser Dragonflies.
