Dam End:- 1 Hobby, 1 Common Sandpiper, 12 Swift, 1 Sand Martin, 40 House Martin, 2 Starlings, 1 Pied Wagtail, 5 Lesser Black-backed Gulls, 32 Canada Geese, 1 Little Egret, 1 Garden Warbler, 1 Reed Warbler, 1 Chiffchaff, 1 Whitethroat, 1 Blackcap, 1 Painted Lady.
Lagoon :- 8 Tufted Ducks, 1 Little Grebe.
West End:- 1 Common Tern, 1 Green Sandpiper, 1 Hobby, 5 Mandarin, 1 Grey Wagtail, 2 Little Egrets.
Whillet’s:- 4 Reed Warbler, 1 Reed Bunting, 1 Little Egret, 5 Chiffchaff, 2 Jays, 2 Buzzards, 1 Song Thrush, 1 Kingfisher, 6 Swallows, 1f Blackcap, 1m Bullfinch, 1 Whitethroat, 1 Mistle Thrush, 1 Small Heath.

2 juvenile Peregrines – also Lime Hawk Moth Caterpillar (see photo section).

Hundreds of House Martins throughout the reservoir, 9 Little Egret at least, plus Kingfisher, Green Sandpiper and Swift.

The following were rung:- 1 Chiffchaff, 2 Willow Warbler, 2 Blackcap, 2 Blue Tit, 8 Whitethroat, 1 Goldfinch.

West End:- 3 Green Sandpipers, 5 Lapwings, 132 Greylag Geese.
Dam End:- 3 Common Sandpipers.
Whillet’s:- 1 Brown Argos, 1 Small Heath, 10 Common Blues.

West End:- 82 Greylag Geese, 1 Hybrid Goose, 39 Great Crested Grebe, 18 Grey Heron, 5 Little Egret, 25 Cormorant, 1 Mandarin, 4 Mallard, 2 Lapwings, 10 Black-headed Gulls, 1 Kingfisher, 6 House Martins, 6 Swallows, 8 Long-tailed Tits,1 Blue Tit, numerous Woodpigeon, 1 Terrapin.

2 Green Sandpipers, 11 Little Egret, 90 Greylag Geese, 2 Canada Geese, 2 Egyptian Geese, 13 Grey Heron, 2 Lapwing, 26+ House Martin. (Plus: 2 Kingfisher; Fox and Deer – Ed.)

West End:- 24 House Sparrows feeding on road behind car park on spilt barley, 8 Little Egrets, 2 Green Sandpipers, 1 Common Sandpiper, 3 Lapwing, 9 Mandarins, 1 Whitethroat, 1 Chiffchaff, 45 House Martins, 1 Swift.

All reservoir totals:-  92 Great Crested Grebe, 11 Little Egret, 16 Grey Heron, 19 Greylag Geese, 36 Mallard, 4 Moorhen, 4 Kingfisher, 2 Great Spotted Woodpecker, 14 Whitethroat, 2 Blackcap, 2 Chiffchaff, 3 Raven, 72 Goldfinch, 3 Bullfinch.
Dam End:- 1 Little Grebe on lagoon, 1+ 8 juv Tufted Duck on lagoon, 16 Canada Geese, 5 Egyptian Geese, 4 Common Sandpiper, 195 Black-headed Gull, 1 Lesser Black-backed Gull, 3 Herring Gull, 1 Common Tern, 1 Collared Dove, 44 House Martin, 1 Song Thrush, 1 Sedge Warbler, 1 Goldcrest, 1 Buzzard, 1 Fox.
West End:- 35 Cormorant, 5 Mandarin, 3 Lapwing, 2 Green Sandpiper, 2 Common Sandpiper, 3 Stock Dove, 2 Swallow, 1 Grey Wagtail, 1 Long-tailed Tit, 1 Marsh Tit, 1 Nuthatch, 1 Terrapin.
Whillet’s:- 1 Kestrel, 3 Reed Warbler, 1 Treecreeper,  1 Greenfinch,  1 Reed Bunting, 1 Yellowhammer.
Butterfly Transect:- 14 Meadow Brown, 1 Speckled Wood, 2 Comma, 1 Peacock, 6 Common Blue, 2 Small Copper, 4 Ringlet, 13 Small Skipper, 1 Painted Lady, 38 Gatekeeper, 6 Green-veined White, 1 Holly Blue.
Also 1 Vapourer moth, 4 Shaded Broad-Bar moths.
Dragonflies:- 1 Beautiful Demoiselle, 1 Blue-tailed, 2 Emerald and 10+ Azure Damselflies. 2 Brown Hawker, 1 Emperor, 4+ Common Darter, 1 Migrant Hawker.
