Dam End:- 4 Common Sandpipers, 2 Little Ringed Plovers, Firecrest.

Dam End:- 09:00; 3 Pied Wagtails, pair Grey Wagtails and 1 male Yellow Wagtail, 4 Common Sandpipers and a Little Ringed Plover. Lots of House Martins and Swallows low over reservoir, 1 Great Crested Grebes.

Dam End:- in the evening; 4 Common Sandpipers, 2 Common Terns.

Dam End:- 2 Whimbrel (07:00), 1 Common Sandpiper, 1 Firecrest, 25 Arctic Terns flew through (07:35), 4 Common Terns, 3 Whitethroats, 2 Wagtails (flying over), 1 Kestrel, 1 Sparrowhawk, 1 Green Woodpecker, 200 Swallows, 40 House Martins, 5 Sand Martins.
North Bank:- 9 Blackcaps, 10 Chiffchaffs, 1 Lesser Whitethroat, 3 Whitethroats.
West End:- 2 Tufted Duck, 1 Coot.
Whillet’s:- 1 Reed Warbler, 1 Whitethroat, 1 Blackcap, 2 Mandarins, 6 Mallards.

Dam End:- 2 Common Sandpiper, 2 Common Tern, 1 Grey Wagtail, 1 Pied Wagtail collecting nesting material.

Dam End:- 1 Little Ringed Plover, 3 Common Sandpipers, 2 Common Terns, 40 House Martins, 40 Sand Martins, 40 Swallows, 2 Lesser Black-backed Gulls, 1 Firecrest still in car park.

Dam End:- 1 Firecrest showing well in the car park, 2 Common Terns, 4 Tufted Ducks, 1 Blackcap.

Dam End:- Firecrest showing down to a few feet in the car park. 2 Whitethroats in the meadow in front of the pumping station.

Dam End:- 2 Common Whitethroats.

There was a Reed Warbler singing in Whillett’s Reedbed at 10:00 am. A Tawny Owl with 2 young chicks were found in one of the owl boxes.
