West End:- It was great to see an Osprey shortly after arriving at the car park. There was a range of dragon and damselflies by the reedbed during the working party. Photos of Golden-ringed Dragonfly and a Willow Emerald Damselfly. The Golden-ringed Dragonfly is usually seen earlier in the year and is more associated with heathland. Willow Emerald Damselflies are recent colonists of the UK and are now well established in Whillet’s.
