All Reservoir:- 22 Great Crested Grebe, 17 Cormorant, 6 Grey Heron, 16 Egyptian Geese (2 family groups of 9 and 7), 2 Wigeon, 34 Mallard, 3 Buzzard, 7 Moorhen, 6 Coot, 3 Kingfisher, 3 Great Spotted Woodpecker, 3 Wren, 5 Chiffchaff, 13 Long-tailed Tit, 8 Blue Tit, 2 Great Tit, 11 Starling, 5 Goldfinch. Also 5+ Fallow Deer.
Dam End:- 16 Canada Geese, 22 Mandarin, 1m Sparrowhawk, 1 Kestrel, 3 Pheasant, 33 Black-headed Gull, 2 Herring Gull, 1 Green Woodpecker, 2 Skylark (flyover), 1 House Martin, c.50 Meadow Pipit, 3 Grey Wagtail, 1 Pied Wagtail, 1 Dunnock, 3 Blackbird, 1 Mistle Thrush, 3 Redwing (flyover), 2 Jay, 1 Chaffinch and 1 Siskin (flyovers).
West End:- 18 Greylag, 3 Teal, 2 domestic feral hybrid Mallards, 1 Stock Dove, 1 Collared Dove, 7 Swallow, 2 Goldcrest.
Whillet’s:- 1 Snipe, 1m Stonechat, 2 Song Thrush, 1 Redwing, 1 Blackcap, 18 Siskin flock, pair of Bullfinch.
Also – 1 Fox; 4 Red Admiral butterflies; 4 Willow Emerald damselflies; 2 Migrant and 1 Southern Hawker, 6 pair + 15 singleton Common Darter dragonflies.
