West End:- 7 Black-tailed Godwit most in summer plumage, 4 Green Sandpiper, 4 Common Sandpiper, 2 Little Ringed Plover + 1 chick, 1 Teal, 21 Little Egret, 31 Lapwing, 175 Black-headed Gull, 31 Pied Wagtail, 1 Grey Wagtail, 1 Kingfisher, 10 Egyptian Geese, Mallard + 2 tiny ducklings, 8 Common Tern + 8 young still.

West End:- 5 Common Sandpiper, 3 Green Sandpiper, 2 Little Ringed Plover + 2 chicks, 30 Lapwing, 7 Little Egret, 54 Mallard, 1 Kingfisher, 17 Pied Wagtail, 1 Grey Wagtail, 1 Marsh Tit, 1 Hobby.

West End:- around 10.30 – Common Tern chick flapping wings on right raft, 6 Redshank, 2 Green Sandpiper, 1 Common Sandpiper, Little Ringed Plovers by Plawhatch stream, 150+ Black-headed Gulls of which only1 juvenile, Kingfisher hovering/fishing near rafts, juvenile Robin on peanuts chased off by Nuthatch.

West End:- 8 Greylag Goose, 17 Canada Goose, 10 Egyptian Goose– 2 adults, 8 juveniles, 20 Mandarin Duck, 17 Mallard, 2 Teal, 5 Great Crested Grebe, 2 Stock Dove, 1 Collared Dove, 4 Moorhen, 23 Lapwing, 2 Little Ringed Plover, 4 Common Sandpiper, 3 Green Sandpiper, 70 Black-headed Gull, 10 Common Tern – 6 adults, 4 young, 16 Cormorant, 20 Grey Heron, 6 Little Egret, 1 Kingfisher, 1 Hobby, 3 Magpie, 4 Carrion Crow, 1 Marsh Tit, 3 Blue Tit, 1 Great Tit, 2 Barn Swallow, 4 House Martin, 1 Long-tailed Tit, 1 Nuthatch, 1 Song Thrush, 1 Blackbird, 1 Robin, 1 Dunnock, 15 Pied Wagtail.

Whillet’s:- 1 Reed Bunting, several Whitethroat.
Butterflies – 19 Small Skipper, 2 Large Skipper, 1 Small White, 6 Green-veined White, 4 Small Copper, 1 Red Admiral, 57 Gatekeeper, 37 Meadow Brown, 26 Ringlet.
Moths – 2 Shaded Broad Bar, 1 Rush Veneer (migrant).
Black-tail Skimmer, Brown Hawker, 2 Willow Emerald and 1 Blue-tail Damselfly.

At dawn: 17 Little Egret, 2 Green and 4 Common Sandpiper, the Little Ringed Plover family, 4 Kingfisher, 3 Marsh Tit and a very noisy gang of Common Tern, Shoveler and 4 Teal.

West End:- 4 Little Ringed Plover + 3 chicks, 3 Common Sandpiper, 1 Green Sandpiper, 26 Lapwing, 10 Little Egret, 2 Teal, 35 Mandarin Duck,70 Black-headed Gull including 7 juveniles, 1 juvenile Herring Gull, 1 Great Black-backed Gull flyover, 2 Egyptian Geese + 8 goslings, 1 Red Kite, 2 Swift, juvenile Robin, 15 Pied Wagtail, 1 Kingfisher, 2 Stock Dove, 1 Marsh Tit.

West End:- juvenile Goshawk flew over putting everything up eventually chased off by the Common Terns. 3 Common Sandpiper, 1 Green Sandpiper, 2 Little Ringed Plover and 3 fast growing chicks, 33 Lapwing, 1 Lesser Black-backed Gull, 1 juvenile Herring Gull, 85 Black-headed Gull, 4 Teal, 2 Shoveler, 6 Little Egret, 34 Grey Heron, 1 Kingfisher, 3 Jay, 1 Chaffinch.
