Dam End:- 3 Common Sandpipers on the dam among the Black-headed Gulls. The gulls were spooked by a female Peregrine which had a half-hearted go at them. On the buoys the Great Black-backed Gull was hanging out plus Herring Gulls. A single Sand Martin was with a handful of Swallows and House Martins. Below the dam over 10 Whitethroats plus 2 Willow Warbler juveniles looking very bright. 5 Buzzards and 2 Red Kites along the north ridge. On the fence of the paddock was the bird of the day a smart juvenile Wheatear.
West End:- Kingfisher was the stand-out bird.

Dam End:- 8 Egyptian Geese, 1 Mute Swan, 1 Common Sandpiper, 2 Shoveler, 2 Mandarin Duck, 4 Pied Wagtail, 1 Sedge Warbler in Meadowsweet behind dam, 1 Bullfinch, 60 Goldfinch in paddock, 1 Marsh Tit, 1 Sand Martin, 7 House Martin.
West End:- 1 Coot,1 Tufted Duck.
Whillet’s:- 7 Common Whitethroat, 3 Blackcap, 1 Willow Warbler, 2 Chiffchaff, 1 Greenfinch, 1 Reed Bunting, 3 Bullfinch, 7 Goldfinch, 2 Great Spotted Woodpecker, 1 Green Woodpecker, 1 Kestrel.
1 Red Fox, 1 Brimstone Moth.

West End:- Shovellers, Great Crested Grebe chicks, 2 Common Sandpipers on the nesting platforms, 3 Kingfishers, Little Egret. 4 Swallows, Marsh Tit.
Whillet’s:- Little Egret moved here, 5 Reed Buntings, Reed Warbler were present.
Dam End:- 3 Common Sandpipers on the dam with adult Ringed Plover, Kingfisher, 3 Herring and a Great Black-backed Gull. Below the dam a Common Sandpiper in the outflow plus 3 Grey Wagtails, in the bushes Whitethroat, Willow Warbler and Goldcrest. 3 Ravens flew over, Red Kite and a minimum of 6 Buzzards over the north bank.
Along the North Bank footpath 2 more Marsh Tits, Sparrowhawk male and another 2 Goldcrests, a beautiful juvenile Hobby flew past low.

Dam End:- 4 Common Sandpipers, Black-headed Gulls, many Pied Wagtails, Kingfisher briefly.
Car Park Willow Warbler and a few Chiffchaffs.
West End:- 2 Great Crested Grebe chicks in front of the hide being tended by the parents, Kingfisher, 2 Shoveller, several Mandarin, Chiffchaffs and 3 Jays. Raptors included Sparrowhawk, Red Kite and 3 Buzzards.

West End :- 33 x Greylag Goose, 2 x Canada Goose, 2 x Mute Swan, 1 x Mandarin Duck, 2 x Northern Shoveler, 1 x Mallard, 1 x Tufted Duck, 17 x Great Crested Grebe, 3 x Stock Dove, 4 x Common Woodpigeon, 2 x Common Swift, 5 x Eurasian Coot, 9 x Black-headed Gull, 13 x Great Cormorant, 8 x Grey Heron, 2 x Common Buzzard, 2 x Common Kingfisher, 1 x Carrion Crow, 2 x Eurasian Blue Tit, 3 x Barn Swallow, 2 x Common Chiffchaff, 2 x Eurasian Wren, 2 x European Robin

West End:- early 6 Mandarin, 2 Shoveller and in front of the hide a Sedge Warbler, 2 young Great Created Grebe chicks were with adults.
Whillett’s:- a pair of Reed Buntings and a Little Egret.
Dam End:- juvenile Wheatear on the dam plus 3 Common Sandpipers, Dunlin and Greenshank. Many Pied Wagtails on the water edge with Black-headed Gulls and a juvenile Herring Gull, adult Herring, 2 Lesser Black-backed and a Great Black-backed Gull. An adult Common Tern on one of the buoys and 2 Ravens lingered noisily for a while. Below the dam in the bushes a Grasshopper Warbler was skulking at the outflow. In the outflow 6 Grey Wagtails and another Common Sandpiper.

West End:- 107 x Greylag Goose, 2 x Canada Goose, 5 x Mute Swan, 1 x Mandarin Duck, 11 x Mallard, 11 x Great Crested Grebe (inc. 2 Juv.), 6 x Eurasian Coot, 11 x Great Cormorant, 7 x Grey Heron, 1 x Common Buzzard, 2 x Common Kingfisher, 4 x Barn Swallow, 8 x Long-tailed Tit, 1 x Eurasian Nuthatch, 2 x Eurasian Wren, 4 x Common Starling, 1 x European Robin

West End:- 1 Sand Martin, 1 Lesser Black-backed Gull, Reed Warbler heard.
Damselflies – Beautiful Demoiselle, Common Blue, Azure, Willow Emerald and Red-eyed.
Dragonflies – Southern Hawker, Brown Hawker, Common Darter, Black-tailed Skimmer.
Whillet’s:- Red Kite, Green Woodpecker, 2 Reed Warbler, Marsh Tit, Bullfinch.
Butterfly transect at Whillet’s – 11 Meadow Brown, 11 Gatekeeper, 6 Green-veined White, 3 Comma, 3 Holly Blue, 2 Peacock, 2 Large White, 2 Silver Washed Fritillary, 1 Speckled Wood, 1 Small Copper.
Also 2 Brown Chinamark moths.
Damselflies at Whillet’s – 20+ Azure,  1 Emerald, 1 Willow Emerald, 1 Beautiful Demoiselle.
Dragonflies at Whillet’s – 1 Southern Hawker, 1 Emperor, 2 Brown Hawker, 3 Migrant Hawker.

All Reservoir:- 52 + 2 young Great Crested Grebe, 113 Canada Geese, 106 Greylag Geese, 3 Mute Swan, 8 Egyptian Geese, 3 Coot, 26 Mallard.
Dam End:- 1 Little Egret, 1 Lesser Black-backed gull, 20 Swallow, 1 Sand Martin, 1 Marsh Tit, 1 Green Woodpecker, 39 Goldfinch, 1 Kingfisher, 1 Little Grebe, 2 Rook, 2 Common Sandpiper, 1 Grey Wagtail, 1 male Sparrowhawk, Bullfinch heard, 1 Banded Demoiselle.
West End:- 2 Shoveler, 1 Kingfisher.
