Dam End:- 1 Little Ringed Plover, 3 Common Sandpipers, 2 Common Terns, 40 House Martins, 40 Sand Martins, 40 Swallows, 2 Lesser Black-backed Gulls, 1 Firecrest still in car park.

Dam End:- 1 Firecrest showing well in the car park, 2 Common Terns, 4 Tufted Ducks, 1 Blackcap.

Dam End:- Firecrest showing down to a few feet in the car park. 2 Whitethroats in the meadow in front of the pumping station.

Dam End:- 2 Common Whitethroats.

There was a Reed Warbler singing in Whillett’s Reedbed at 10:00 am. A Tawny Owl with 2 young chicks were found in one of the owl boxes.

Dam- End:- 1 Swift.
North Bank:- 1 female Common Redstart, 7 Bramblings feeding with chaffinch, 15 singing male Blackcaps, 5 Common Whitethroats, 23 Chiffchaffs, 7 Bullfinch, 1 Kestrel, 3 Reed Buntings, 3 Coal Tits, 3 Goldcrest, 3 Jay, 1 Mistle Thrush.

North Bank:- Common Sandpiper by canoeist area at 15.00 hrs.

Whillet’s:- 1 Collard Dove, 2 Blackcaps, 1 Common Whitethroat, 4 Chiffchaff, 1 Reed Bunting, 1 Sparrowhawk, 3 Mandarin,1 Large-Red Damselfly,1 Comma butterfly.

Dam End:- 1 Arctic Tern, 1 Common Tern, 300 Swallows, 100 House Martins, 10 Sand Martins, 2 Marsh Tits, 1 Bullfinch.

Common Tern near the rafts at 09:15 and lots of Barn Swallows.
