Dam End:- WeirWood early afternoon, a pair of Common Terns were on the aerator, with 3 more out on the buoys, 3 Hobbies were around the north bank and over the dam plus Little-ringed Plover and 2 Common Sands on the dam. Dam End (PM):- 2 Hobbies N, 2 Swifts, 8 Swallows, 7 Common Terns, 1 Black headed gull, 20 Herring gull, 1 Lesser Black Backed gull, 2 Mandarins, 1 Little ringed Plover, 3 Common Sandpipers, 26 Canada Geese, 7 Great Crested grebes,1 Green Woodpecker.
Whillets:- 3+ Garden Warbler, 3 Reed Warbler, 4 Whitethroats, 2 Bullfinch, 3 Blackcap, 1 Green Woodpecker.
Others:- 1 male Broad-bodied chaser, 2 Peacock, 1 Red Admiral, 1 Speckled Wood, 4 Orange Tip, 4 GV whites, 1 Brimstone.

Dam End (PM):- small emergence of mayflies. 1 Hobby low over the dam, 3 Little Ringed Plover, 5 Common Sandpipers, 4 Common Terns, 10 Swallows, 2 Lesser Black Bbacked Gull, 1 Black Headed Gull, 1 Grey Wagtail, 8 Pied Wagtails, 1 Green Woodpecker.

Dam end:-2 Little ringed plovers, 1 Common Sandpiper, 1 male Wheatear, 6 Pied wagtails, 3 Swallow, 6 House Martins, 2 Common Terns nesting on pontoon mid reservoir.
West end:- 1 Little Egret, 1 Mandarin, 1 Mute Swan, pair black headed gulls on rafts but no Terns.

Dame End (PM):- 2 Little ringed plovers and 1 Common Sandpiper on dam, 2 Common Terns, 1 Lesser Black Backed gull, 1 GreatBlack Backed gull, 18 Herring and 2 Black headed gulls, 2 each of Garden and Whitethroat noted, Green Woodpecker heard.

West end:- 2 Black headed gulls and 1 Common Tern on rafts, 1 Coot, 1 Mandarin.

Whillets:-1+ Reed Warbler, Garden warbler, 3 Whitethroats.
Butterflies-2 Speckled wood, 1 Large white, 3 Green veined white, 2 Orange tip, 2 Peacocks.

Dam End:- WeirWood on a lovely calm morning was fairly quiet to start but soon picked up. At the dam 2 Common Sands and 2 Common Terns, a few House Martins and a Swift. On the dam top a couple of nice Wheatear, male and female were seen only briefly after first light. In the c/pk a Garden Warbler was seen and in the overflow a pair of Grey Wagtails. Dam End:- Whimbrel, Buzzards, Red Kite, Raven, female Sparrowhawk and 2 Swallows noted.

Whillets:-3 Whitethroats, Garden Warbler, 1+ Reed Warbler, 2 Reed Buntings and 2 Bullfinch.
Butterflies:-1 Red Admiral, 2 Orange Tip, 3 Peacock,
Others:- 1 Green- veined White + Common Lizard, Field Vole and Common Shrew. No Grass Snakes.

WeirWood was misty to start and a cold 2.5oc, so a look along the north bank was undertaken. Here Marsh Tit, 2 Garden Warblers and a Whitethroat were seen. There were plenty of Blackcaps along here too, seems to be good for them so far. In the c/pk 2 Goldcrests were noted, both in song. Later st the west end it was still misty but 2 Kingfisher flew by close to the hide. Under the feeders 2 Stock Doves again

Dam End:- Not much around this morning but 35 Swallows, 5 House Martins, 4 Sand Martins, 2 Grey Wagtails, Mute Swan, 2 Egyptians, 2 Green Woodpeckers, 1 Teal flew south, 2 Mandarins, 2 Lesser Black Backed gulls and pair of Greylags with 8 tiny Goslings.
