Whilst checking the large nest boxes a Tawny Owl chick was ringed.
Other sightings of note:- 5 Blackcap, Garden Warbler, Whitethroat, 3 Chiffchaff, 5+ Reed Warblers, Reed Bunting, Buzzard, 3 Goldcrest, 2 Treecreepers, 2 Nuthatch, 1 Marsh Tit, 2 Swallows, House Martin, 3 Mandarin Duck, 2 Field Voles and an Orange Tip Butterfly.

West End:- 2 Common Sandpipers.
Dam End:- 2 Whimbrel landed briefly on Dam at 06:50 then flew East at 07:10. 1 Common Sandpiper, 11 Swifts, 10 House Martins, 5 Swallows, 3 Common Terns, 2 Lesser Black-backed Gulls, 1 Starling flew North, 2 Mistle Thrush, 2 Whitethroats, 1 Grey Wagtail.
North Bank:- Canada Goose with 5 Young.

Dam End:- Very windy early morning 5 small unidentifiable waders flying low over the water, 8 Swifts, 148 Herring Gulls and 6 Lesser Black-backed Gulls flew SW, 1 Mandarin, 1 Kingfisher.
West End:- 2 Common Sandpiper.

Dam End:- 1 Whimbrel flew E at 07:15, 2 Common Sandpipers and 1 Little Ringed Plover on Dam. Lapwing flew W, 6 Tufted Duck flew E, 2 Gadwall flying around, 8 Mandarin, 5 Swift, 5 House Martins, 10 Swallows, 1 Kingfisher, 1 Grey Wagtail, 1 Mistle Thrush, 4 Common Terns.
West End:- 1 Garden Warbler, 1m Reed Bunting.

West End:- At 2:15 pm an Osprey put in the first of three appearances. The last being at 2:50 pm when it was seen heading West carrying a sizeable fish. Red Kite drifted East while a Hobby flew around over the Heronry. Pair of Kestrels and Ravens over and three Little Egrets into Heronry.

Dam End:- on the dam Redshank and summer plumage Dunlin.

Dam End:- Mid-afternoon 2 Little Ringed Plovers, 3 Common Sandpipers, 2 Mistle Thrush, 70 House Martins.

Dam End:- 8 Common Sandpipers, Little Ringed Plover, 2 Little Egret, 6 Common Terns, 1 Lesser Whitethroat, 1 Garden Warbler.

Dam End:- 3 Common Sandpipers on Dam, 3 Whitethroats, 6 Buzzards, Dunlin in summer plumage, 1 Little Ringed Plover, 1 male Common Redstart in Horse Paddock.
West End:- 1 Little Egret, 23 Great Crested Grebes, 3 Swifts, 1 Sand Martin, 10 House Martin, 50 Swallows, 1 Kingfisher, 2 Mandarin, 2 Blackcaps.
