Dam End:- 11 Hobbies hunting Mayflies, 1 summer plumage Dunlin on dam with 1 Little Ringed Plover, 1 Black-headed Gull, 5 Mandarins, 5 Pied Wagtail, 2 Mute Swan, 10 Common Terns, 30 Swifts, 1 House Martin, 2 Egyptian Geese.
West End:- 3 Little Ringed Plovers, 3 Lapwings, 1 Jay, 1 Collard Dove.

West End:- 8 Canada Goose, 1 Mandarin Duck, 14 Mallard, 7 Great Crested Grebe, 4 Woodpigeon, 4  Lapwing
4 Common Tern, 43 Cormorant, 20 Grey Heron, 1 Common Buzzard, 1 Great Spotted Woodpecker, 1 Magpie, 2 Carrion Crow, 2 Marsh Tit, 1 Reed Warbler, 1 Chiffchaff, 1 Blackcap, 1 Common Whitethroat, 1 Treecreeper, 2  Wren, 2 Blackbird, 1 Pied Wagtail.

Dam End:- On the dam a smart Dunlin, Ringed and Little Ringed Plovers and a Redshank. Ca 50 Swifts and 8 Hobbies still.
West End:- The Osprey appeared at 7:00 giving prolonged views; diving and upsetting the terns.

Dam End:- 7 Hobbies catching mayflies, 61 Canada Geese, 60+ Swifts, 2 Mute Swans, 1 Little Ringed Plover, 8 Swallows, 5 Pied Wagtails, 7 Mandarins.
West End:- 3 Lapwings, 26 Mallard, 8 Great Crested Grebes, 1 Mandarin, 1 Jay, 1 Chiffchaff, 10 Swifts.

Osprey appeared at 9:10 from the west end heading to the dam. It caused havoc with the terns. 2 Hobbies feeding on the mayflies still, a few Buzzards and a displaying Lapwing.

West End:- 11 Canada Goose, 2 Mandarin Duck, 14 Mallard, 2 Tufted Duck, 1 Pheasant, 2 Great Crested Grebe, 3 Stock Dove, 3 Woodpigeon, 1 Moorhen, 5 Lapwing, 2 Little Ringed Plover, 7 Common Tern, 43 Cormorant, 21 Grey Heron, 2 Great Spotted Woodpecker, 1 Jay, 2 Magpie, 4 Blue Tit — 1 fledged young, 1 Great Tit, 1 Barn Swallow, 1 Chiffchaff, 1 Blackcap, 1 Common Whitethroat (h), 2 Wren, 1 Song Thrush, 2 Blackbird, 2 Pied Wagtail, 1  Chaffinch.

Osprey arrived over mid reservoir at 6:40. Little-ringed Plover at the west end chasing everything its size. Pair of Tufted Duck and the usual Mandarins and Common Terns.

West End:- 5 Red Kites (including 4 together), 3 Lapwings, 12 Common Terns, 1 Kingfisher, 3 Mandarin, 34 Mallard, 3 Egyptian Geese, 1 Blackcap, 1 Chiffchaff, 2 Goldfinch, 2 Swift, 5 Swallows, 3 Pied Wagtails, 3 Stock Dove, 4 Magpie.

Dam End:- 3 Common Sandpipers flew south from the dam, 25+ Mandarins, still the group of Common Terns some it looks like are on eggs. The highlight was the 9 Hobbies feeding on mayflies and a mixed hirundine flock of ca50 birds.

Dam End:- (17:30-18:00) 5+ Hobby,2 Oystercatchers.
