    Dam End:- 25 Great Crested Grebe, 2 Egyptian Geese, 3 Mandarin Duck, Common Buzzard, 2 Coot on Lagoon, 5 Herring Gull, 2 Common Tern, 1 Kingfisher, 2 Green Woodpecker, 15 Swallow, 2 House Martin, 2 Mistle Thrush, Blackcap, Chiffchaff.
    West End:- 11 Cormorant (2 pairs nesting in heronry), Heronry now has 19 nests with young seen, 2 Egyptian Geese, 1f Mallard with 8 chicks, 1 Buzzard, Stock Dove heard, 1 Great Spotted Woodpecker, Blackcap & Chiffchaff heard, Nuthatch, 2 Raven flew over calling.
    Whillet’s:- 1 Common Whitethroat, 2 Reed Warbler, pair of Mandarin, 1 Song Thrush, Willow Warbler heard. Also 1m Orange Tip & 1 Comma butterfly.

    Today we finished the winter bird feeding and took the bird feeders down for the summer. We will start bird feeding again in late October.

    Dam End:- 1 Common Tern, 1m Shoveler, 5 Sand Martin, 20 Swallows, 10 House Martins.
    North Bank:- 1m+1f Common Redstart.

    West End:- 1 Common Tern, 3 Swallows, 4 Buzzards, 1 Sparrowhawk, 1 Moorhen, 1 Stock Dove, 1 Great Spotted Woodpecker, 1 Coal Tit, Heronry still very active, Tufted Duck.
    Whillet’s:- Willow Warbler & Chiffchaff heard, 1 Common Whitethroat.

    Dam End:- 2 Little Ringed Plovers, 5 Chiffchaff, 1 Common Whitethroat, 1 Willow Warbler, 1m Blackcap, 1 Skylark, 2 Grey Wagtail, 4 Pied Wagtail, 1 Lesser Black-backed Gull, 12 Goldfinchs, 1 Swift, 35 Swallows, 1 Common Gull, 2 Common Terns, 1 Lesser Whitethroat.
    North Bank:- 3 Common Whitethroats, 3 Chiffchaffs, 3 Bullfinch, 2 Reed Buntings, 5 Swallows, 4 House Martins, 1 Sand Martin.

    North Bank:- 4 Common Whitethroats, 8 Chiffchaffs, 8 Swallows, 2 House Martins, Marsh Tit, 1m Reed Bunting, 2 Goldcrests.
